Data Foundry was pleased to host a joint member-meeting for two associations that are committed to customer service and support across many industries, including IT and call centers. Both HDI of Houston and itSMF Houston Local Interest Group came together at our new premium data center, Houston 2.
The event was sponsored by CA Technologies, and they provided the featured speaker, Randal Locke, Solution Account Manager, CA Technologies. Mr. Locke is an ITIL v3 Expert, and he co-authored an ITIL Strategy book by Van Haren Publishing called “Service Management Process Maps.” His consultative presentation covered the spectrum of the Service Design Process from the perspective of an ITIL expert to the business consumer, and all the touch points in-between.
The members enjoyed a catered lunch, and then they were all given the opportunity to tour Houston 2, which recently opened for business to fulfill the increased demand for colocation and managed services in Houston.
Data Foundry supports many professional associations in the Houston metroplex, especially IT organizations, and we encourage these assemblies to leverage the Technology Briefing Center at Houston 2 located in the Greenspoint Business District.
